Sean Lyons left school with a grade A in Art and later earned a degree in the same subject whilst working as a Designer.
Gavin Rourke left school with dreams of becoming a musician which he achieved with moderate success with the band Dog Toffee where he first met Sean Lyons.
Dan recalls that his initial fascination with tattoos stems from a rough and ready spider web on his Uncle’s elbow. From a very early age his uncle would tell stories of a man who used a big needle in order to carve images onto the skin. Fortunately Dan was not deterred and at the age of 17 went to get his first tattoo.
Grew up in Urmston knowing that he wanted to be a tattoo artist before getting his first tattoo on his eighteenth birthday. This made the passion to become an artist stronger and although no formal art training JBomb had a keen interest in the art of tattooing.
